Made Just For You

Please bear with us while we grow. We operate on a Print on Demand model, which means we don’t have a warehouse of pre-made clothes. Every item you order is custom-printed and crafted specifically for you the moment you click “purchase.”

Because of this personalized process, we handle returns a little differently than big-box retailers.

1. Damaged or Printing Issues (100% Covered)

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage from shipping, we will make it right. * No extra cost: You do not need any special coverage for this.

  • Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately.

  • How to report: Simply contact us [Insert Email/Link] with a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.

2. “Change of Mind” Returns & Exchanges

At this stage in our journey, we cannot afford to accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect sizing as a standard policy.

Before you buy:

  • Check the Size Guide: We provide a detailed [Size Guide Link] on every product page. Please take a moment to measure a favorite shirt you already own to ensure a perfect fit.

  • A Sustainable Alternative: If you receive an item and decide it isn’t for you, we suggest gifting it to a friend or family member. It’s the fastest way to ensure the garment finds a home where it will be loved, while supporting our small business and the environment.

3. The “Safety Net” Exception

If you are someone who prefers to be on the safe side, we offer an optional Safety Net: Return/Exchange Coverage add-on.

  • If you purchased the “Safety Net” add-on: You are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, regardless of the reason.

  • If you did NOT purchase the add-on: All sales are final unless the item is damaged or faulty (see Section 1).

4. Shipping Issues

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will help track it down or arrange a solution. The delivery is fully on our responsibility.
